The simplicity of Patti Jo's keeps me coming back. The food is hearty and comforting and not excessively priced. The restaurant has its own little parking area, so pick up isn't a hassle. Overall just really happy to have this place in our rotation.

This meatloaf was chopped up and doesn’t visually resemble any meatloaf pictures on your instagram, or any meat “loaf” - why was I given meat chunks? It’s not like it was a door dash order that fell down the stairs; I picked it up in person and, okay, it was in the evening, and maybe you didn't want to throw the last bits out. But take that home and make a shepherd’s pie, once you make some new mashed potatoes, which had also run out. Does it seem okay to charge $13.50 for this container? What are the three potato chunks doing there? If your concept is to do a couple old fashioned comfort food dishes, for God’s sake do them justice.

In my fives years as a student at Indiana University there is not a restaurant that matches the quality and price of Patti Jo’s. The food makes you feel like you’re right at home. You can grab two meals for the same price you’d pay for just one at any other restaurant on the street.

Amazing food, great prices, and quite possibly the closest thing to home cooked Bloomington has to offer. I can highly recommend checking this place out!
It truly is food like grandma used to make. Stop by and carry out dinner or lunch without all the work. Comfort food at it's best! Nice option on the near-west side. Nice little stroll from downtown.
