I love you to every barista working here. I think the place needs to be expanded or more seating put in or something. Longer tables or more chairs. Definitely some more tables outside when it’s warm. Consider relocating to a bigger building or opening a second location nearby? It gets so busy sometimes and there’s nowhere to sit and it’s very crowded.

Firstly, the cleanliness of the store was far below acceptable standards. Tables were littered with crumbs and spills, the countertops were sticky, and the overall environment appeared unkempt. This lack of hygiene reflects poorly on the store's management and raises concerns about sanitation and health standards. Moreover, the attitude of the staff was shockingly apathetic and unprofessional. The baristas seemed disinterested and displayed a blatant lack of enthusiasm when taking orders. Additionally, the wait time for my beverage was egregiously long, despite only a few customers in line. The lack of efficiency and urgency in fulfilling orders was inexcusable and disrespectful to customers' time.

I got coffee today that in my opinion was not hot enough. The barista explained that there was some kind of malfunction with the regular coffee maker as to where hot water from the usual source was not available. Anyway I really hope this doesn't happen again.

When I went there an employee, I think the manager, told the delivery driver that he shouldn't say "excuse me" when he drops off the supplies because people are here to "get coffee not talk to you." It was pretty much the most horrible thing I have ever heard someone say to another human being, at least in person. So ya, would give negative stars if I could.
