The parking lot is ridiculously dirty and uncared for. The side of the building where the drive thru is filthy.. It's a 50/50 chance I'll get my drink made properly and the staff isn't always pleasant especially if you try to explain that your drink isn't made properly.
Staff are great. I went here specifically to buy a guitar. Patrons drinking coffee were further soothed by the symphony of chords presented by a Taylor GT Urban Ash model.Also I get coffee and work on school work here. It's a very nice location though usually quite busy.
I was staying with friends in Bloomington but they don't have coffee in the house so we drove over to this Starbucks so that I could get my caffein fix. The queue (line) for the drive in was quite extensive so we drove all around the place, parked in the free car park and walked in to my order of a large latte. You now have to ask for sugar/sweetener which is fine except the choice is so extensive it can be confusing. And they didn't have my usual brand of sweetener....
