1st issue. My drinks were not available in the app. Store personnel said it happens. Showed her my phone to replicate my orders. Specifically stated 1 blonde roast in the grande and 2 blonde roast in my venti.
Order came out as 2 grandes. Ouch. Then my partner says there's no blonde in her drink. She didn't want it. I taste my grande, same way. Pretty bummed. Spent $16 for both drinks and I was forced to drink them both.

This is "my" Starbucks and I've never had a problem! I used to pick up once a week for my office (10+ drinks) and the drinks were always correct and always ready on time. The employees all knew me on sight, and were always helpful offering to help me carry things to my car, asking if I needed paper bags/ drink stickers/etc!!!
