Worst Starbucks in Bloomington. Went in today and ordered a VENTI French Vanilla Frappuccino. Was given a grande. Walked to my next class only to realize that the cup is cracked open and the lid wouldn't go on after it popped off. Literally undrinkable so I had to sit outside and try to drink it sideways. Would've gone back and asked for different cup but I was already far away when I realized and on a time constraint.

Dear God. Let me tell you one thing. NEVER EVER go to this Starbucks during the day. It took them 20 minutes to NOT make my order. I just left. There is literally one step to making a black coffee. How on Earth did it take them so long?? It would have been faster for me to walk to California, order from a nonbinary person (because they're the best at making coffee), and walk back. By the time they'll have put my order out, my beard will be gray and rolling onto the floor. Do NOT, under any circumstances, come here during the day.

Despite asking for extra hot and extra chai, my chai tea latte was made horrible. It tasted like warm water with some milk. Absolutely no taste at all. After drinking half cup, I threw it away. Had a stomach upset for rest of the day. Pathetic!!

I had to repeat my order three times because the barista couldn't hear me over the loud music they always play. I was speaking at a very normal volume. Turn it downnnnn.

Staff were rude. Usually order via mobile app, and it glitched and sent my order to the incorrect location. first time this happened, I assumed it was my fault, (and they were much nicer about it) and then the second time they argued and protested making the drink, despite me calling the other location and providing my mobile receipt to show I did make the purchase.
They then took my order and told me they would make the drink. stood around and waited for the drink for over 15 minutes as they set the cup on the counter and continued to serve guests who arrived way after me.

Great addition to the IMU. This location is conveniently located where it is very easily accessible from street access. Plenty of seating. Full Starbucks Menu. The only downfall is they do not take payment or points from the Starbucks app and you will have to pay with a credit card. That is a very minor inconvenience. I will always enjoy this location.

Ordered a refresher because I figured it would take the least amount of time to make. However, I waited more than 30 minutes for a refresher a refresher and still was waiting. Wasn’t even busy compared to how they are usually. I ended up leaving. Very disappointed.
