Pulled up to drive thru after ordering online. Our order was over 32.00 dollars. The girl who clearly loved her job, being sarcastic here, shoved a large drink and a small drink at me. Both were suppose to be large. Then sack is shoved at me and it is sealed up. I ask if it was all there. Yes she says. Get home and have two large fries. They are supposed to to be cheese fries. Both of them. Charged over 4 to five dollars for that cheese and no cheese. None. No where to be found....read full review
This place was understaffed and sanitary conditions were terrible. Burgers were laying on the prep area for at least five minutes. I am sure they would have failed a health inspection.
I have not had Steak n Shake in over a year and now I know why and know I will never eat at this place again the food was disgusting taste burnt old crusty bread that litterly crumbles as I picked it up So we just threw it all in the trash wasted money. I think this place just needs to be shut down and make room for a better place to be built.
