While the place looks like it has not changed since the 1980's in terms of design and décor and the menu is pretty limited, the food was actually excellent. I had a hard time finding something to order as I normally don't really like cajun dishes, but ended up having shrimp with rice, which was exceptional. The tuna appetizer was also really excellent and perfectly cooked (or rather, uncooked and barely seared) - very few places get the searing right so as not to overcook the tuna and it was done as well as I have ever seen here. Service was also pretty good, reasonably attentive and quick. Overall, a pretty good meal and I think we will be back.

The french toast croissant is amazing ? if you like sweet. It's so delicious and has fresh strawberries and blueberries on top. Bloody Mary's were also really good. The bar staff was so helpful and quick.

This is our favorite breakfast spot. The Steak Benedict on the weekend is amazing! We also love the Creme Brulee French Toast. The wait staff is always exceptional, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Great place if you are looking for something a bit more upscale in Bloomington.

Must visit place. Everything was perfect. It was the best calamari I had in a while. Thai red curry with shrimp and creme brulee French Toast were very good. Bean burrito is good too. Definitely recommend this place.

I know this place already has a lot of 5-star reviews, but they truly deserve every one of them. Today, they made the most delicious Benedict I’ve ever had! The quality and flavors were exceptional, and it was clear that they put care into their food. Even though they’re already doing well, they continue to impress!
Atmosphere and service is top-notch, everyone that works there was very attentive. I was here for work and ate here on three different occasions. The chicken pate, the black bean soup, red beans, and rice with charred sausage. Everyone of these dishes was A+. Great Cajun flavors and spice. Don’t forget to get the bread and compound butter.

I happened on this place by accident. Lucky for me it was excellent. I had the Creme Brulee Waffle with a side of bacon. The portions were perfect and tasted even better. My server was very pleasant and most accommodating. I’ll return for sure!
