While the place looks like it has not changed since the 1980's in terms of design and décor and the menu is pretty limited, the food was actually excellent. I had a hard time finding something to order as I normally don't really like cajun dishes, but ended up having shrimp with rice, which was exceptional. The french toast croissant is amazing ? if you like sweet. It's so delicious and has fresh strawberries and blueberries on top. Bloody Mary's were also really good. The bar staff was so helpful and quick.
This is our favorite breakfast spot. The Steak Benedict on the weekend is amazing! We also love the Creme Brulee French Toast. The wait staff is always exceptional, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Great place if you are looking for something a bit more upscale in Bloomington.
