great food.
Ordered chicken to go and it was over cooked and very small pcs. Waited 10 min. befor anyone even greeted me then another 10 minutes for food. Updates, owners reached out to me to apologize for the service and food we received. They are going to comp us with a free meal too make things right. That's very good for me because we really do like their food and services. Great place! We sat in the bar. They have a salad bar during the week (great for a quick lunch). We had these burgers & French Fries & they were great! Cooked to order burger & crispy hot fries & beer specials. Highly recommend this place.

Based on the reviews, RJ's Restaurant & Bar offers great food and friendly service. The Mac n cheese bowl is warm, smooth, creamy cheese with saucy pulled pork and crispy onion straws. The 1/2 chicken special with fried potatoes and Mac n cheese is amazing comfort food. The breaded tenderloin is hand battered. The fried chicken is some of the best, and the country fried steak is awesome. The best grilled tenderloin sandwich is around. The staff are friendly, professional, and personable. The food is always great. However, some note the food is typical bar food, and service can be slow with only one person covering a big area.
