I ordered a Big Arch. the bottom bun was wet with grease or something. top bun torn. my meat was not done. I tried to call them and no one bothered to answer the phone. My large fries were cold. old, and half full. a 16 dollar meal that went into the trash. every tkme.i go to this McDonald's or the one on 46 I am either missing food or my food is not cooked or cold.
Terrible service, unfriendly staff. Not willing to resolve issues
I went to the drive through on my lunch break for something quick. There were 2 cars in lane one and I was the 2nd car in lane 2. I ended up watching 3 cars go through in lane 1 before I even got up to the menu to order. I then sat and watched 4 more cars go through lane 1 and no one had taken my order.
