China's Best Buffet Reviews
Food was hot and fresh, service is good and quiet, pay first, serve your self.. I'll come back again
China's Best Buffet is a gem in small-town Indiana, providing locals with access to an array of flavors and joys. I make a point to stop here each time I visit home, and I'm never disappointed.
Food is served buffet-style, which means there is some variation in how fresh items are at any given moment, but you can also order items a la carte if you want something specific prepared fresh. Genuinely adore this spot.
I ate here while in town, food wasn't that great but it wasn't awful, I was put off when asked to tip when paying, because there really wasn't any service as I had to get my own drinks. And of course my own food. It was a little pricey for what it was.

China's Best Buffet serves a pretty good meal with standout dishes like their exceptional white rice. The rangoon could improve with more filling and better sealing. The buffet selection is somewhat smaller than usual, but still satisfying. Food is generally good, although it may not be hot until more customers arrive and dishes are refreshed. For take-out orders, the food is made fresh and cooked to perfection, making it a good option for those looking for a quick and flavorful meal at home. However, customers have expressed disappointment over not being able to take leftovers home, leading to food waste. It is a serve-yourself buffet where drinks and silverware must be retrieved by the customers. The cups are smaller, so it is suggested to go light on the ice to make drinks last longer. Overall, it’s a nice place with clean restrooms and delicious food, although it is nothing overly fancy.
