McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant with inconsistent service. Some customers have experienced long wait times, even when there is no line, and orders can get lost or incomplete. There have been issues with incorrect items being added to orders, such as cheese on a Quarter Pounder Hamburger. Despite these problems, the staff has been responsive in resolving issues once made aware of them. It's a mixed bag, and customers may have varying experiences.
