I have only been to this location twice that I can recall and will leave it that way. The first time I ordered via the app and my selection wasn't available. The gentleman asked me if I'd like anything else and I didn't want any of the options since that item was why I stopped in. I wasn't offered a refund it was either take this or nothing? The drinks were great. However, when ordering inside they weren't calling names appropriately and incorrect drinks were taken. Also, one of the bathrooms was absolutely filthy.
This has to be the slowest Starbucks ever. Once you do receive your productss, it is good. However very very very very slow. Hire more staff.

On rare occasions, a worker might seem a bit rude, and the ambiance is not what it once was. Despite this, for many, it remains the best Starbucks store they have been to, offering a great experience overall.
