“Went in for the free blizzard for veterans promotion and got food as well. I noticed on my receipt that I was charged for the blizzard. I mentioned it to the employees at the drive-thru, but they had no idea what i was talking about despite asking about the promotion when I first pulled in at the speaker. I called the manager on duty and brought up the issue. She was very apologetic and professional, offering a full refund for my order.“
