You order at the front counter, and they bring it to you. They didn't have silverware because of covid..you can't cut pizza with a spork.? Bring a jacket, it is cold in the there, but better yet get it to go.

Food was good. The lady that took our orders was very good and friendly. First time I had been to Pizza Hut for many years. Would have rated higher but was surprised, especially on Veteran's Day, that we were the only customers in the building. Found out most of their business is now delivery. Also, I had to order at the counter. We had to ask for silverware. Also found out that even though my daughter lives about 2 miles away, they won't deliver to her house. If I...

I will say that Pizza Hut replaced the order that door dash did not deliver. I appreciate that. Door dash gave me a run around did not deliver although I paid a tip and delivery charge. I also DID NOT CHOOSE doordash and I am upset with this. Had I known it would not be a pizza hut delivery driver then I would NOT have ordered period. DOOR DASH IS VERY BAD. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND EVER.
