They don’t care about there customers they can’t get the order right we get home a long blonde hair in the chili we will not be stopping there again.
This location was and is extremely dirty. The food was cold. Cheese would not even melt on the hamburger. And no, they were not busy or short staffed at all at 8:30 pm at night. The drink machine looked as though it has never been cleaned….just nasty and dirty. Bare wires hanging out of the ceiling going nowhere.
This is certainly not Wendy’s standard or if it is now, I won’t be back.
The burger was fine. The fries were cold. Plus it was extremely slow, my wife WALKED to the nearby Walmart to use the restroom and was done before I got through the drive thru. I then drove over to pick her up. When I got my order the line was wrapped around the entire building. I believe the late, great Dave Thomas would be embarrassed by this store's performance.
