Carmel needs to get in the market of rooftop bars because 3UP has it all figured out. High quality appetizers, endless drink options, and live music all outside! The vibes are immaculate. Wait staff is slow but that’s only because it’s so jam-packed!
We went for the first time on a saturday night, which was yesterday. I can say that the food was good and the drinks too, sadly it took forever to be served. Every time we wanted to order new drinks, we had to wait for the waitress who disappeared, which I'm guessing to serve other people. It was so crowded, and people were super loud that I couldn't hear the music at all as we sat on the table adjacent to the bar inside. They should probably install an additional speaker...
