Great place to hang out and grab a drink. The outdoor space is comfortable and has heated seats! The service is excellent and their liquor selection is extensive. The food is a notch above typical pub fare

Carmel needs to get in the market of rooftop bars because 3UP has it all figured out. High quality appetizers, endless drink options, and live music all outside! The vibes are immaculate. Wait staff is slow but that’s only because it’s so jam-packed!
