Recently, Jim made a peanut butter pie that was a huge hit for PI Day, further highlighting his talent for baked goods.
Baking for Uganda also has a meaningful mission to support several children in Uganda with food, clothing, and school. All proceeds go directly to this ministry, with any baking costs covered out of pocket. They operate on a voluntary donation basis, allowing customers to donate what they feel led to for their orders. The extensive menu includes unique items, such as cranberry nut bread, which is soft, moist, and delicious. Gluten Free Cranberry Bread is also available, noted for its excellent texture and flavor.
