We love Papa Johns. We usually grabPizzas and Papa bowls there on the weekend. We had a very busy Saturday today and grabbing some Papa Johns was the convenient thing to do. Another thing I really like is thePappadia. I usually get the parmesan crusted one or the italian meat one. They are so good. Have been going to this papa John's for about 2 ½ years now and for the most part they do a great job but I don't see how they can send out a cheesy bread and only half of it has cheese. Quality control and care is decreasing more and more.

Service is good. The staff looks over worked. If they had less stress on them, maybe more training or preparation for the busy hours the rating would definitely go up.Kids are doing the best they can trying to bust their butts to get pizzas out as fast as they can.It’s easy to find flaws in things but when’s the last time you gave someone in the customer service industry a compliment? Food for thought.I love my pizza and I am way too tired to cook so thank you guys.
