We were up in Carmel at the Drury for eclipse weekend. It was 8pm by the time we arrived at our hotel and this restaurant was in the parking lot. So we thought we’d give it a try.The place was packed but from what we heard it was worth the wait. It took a while to get seated and for a server to arrive and offer us drinks. Nice piece of prime rib,baked potato was cold but can't win them all. Prices seem a little high but the warm fire and ambiance in the vmbar area coupled with the exhausted but chipper waitress made up for it. Great chain..you know what to expect..the McDonald's of slightly upscale dining.

Service and seating was a little slow but I’ll give them grace as they may have been short staffed. The food was phenomenal! When you walk in you can smell the wood and it’s so comforting.
