I ordered the Shaq pizza with over 60 pepperonis, she didn’t even brother to make the pizza correctly oh I counted the pepperonis it was only 40 on the entire huge pizza . Clearly it’s” false advertisement on the company’s part ” . I can’t stand when I use my hard earn money to eat out , the restaurant gives you what they want you to have. I’m Not ordering from this location anymore , the lady was sitting in her truck smoking , was blowing the smoke out of her mouth trying to get back in the building , didn’t even wash her hands to hand us our food just gross .

Service is good. The staff looks over worked. If they had less stress on them, maybe more training or preparation for the busy hours the rating would definitely go up.Kids are doing the best they can trying to bust their butts to get pizzas out as fast as they can.It’s easy to find flaws in things but when’s the last time you gave someone in the customer service industry a compliment? Food for thought.I love my pizza and I am way too tired to cook so thank you guys.
This review is for the location at 10598 North College Avenue. I never had a problem with our local Papa John's until today. Our pizza was half an hour late. I signed up for text notifications but didn't receive any. When the pizza arrived nobody knocked on the door to let us know it was here. Who knows how long it had been sitting on the porch. We ordered the extra garlicky special and it was not extra garlicky. No extra mushrooms like I ordered. I called the store to speak with the manager and I've never talked to someone less interested about good customer service. I will no longer be leaving a tip on my card...cash only tips to drivers who do what they're supposed to do.

Place is hit or miss. Got a big cold wad of undercooked dough tonight delivered by I assume DoorDash. I’ve had the best papas from this location but more often than not just incorrectly made trash that I’d just as soon have a tombstone pizza from a seedy bowling alley . Good place for last resort and slightly better than the local dominos big Meh from me.

Just placed an order of my favorite pizza as I always get plus some new items. When my order arrived is was missing more than half the toppings, it was cold, missing parmigiana packets, and no 2 liter Pepsi Zero.Waiting on my remake and I don't even want pizza anymore.Sad day
