Management needs to choose their staff wisely. Alex was our server and she was extremely rude. Made the experience very unpleasant.

Very slow inattentive service. We arrive at about 7. Didn’t get asked for a drink order until 7:30. Food order didn’t come until 8. At 8:30 we asked for boxes and at 8:50 I finally went looking for our server to get the check. She didn’t divide it correctly either. I would have ordered another drink had she been around. But no, when I found her she had her back to us on the phone. Seemed upset that I would interrupt her.

There was an issue with our bill and it was a bit of a drug our process to correct it but the manager was extremely apologetic and ended up giving us a huge discount. Really appreciate what they did for us.

They did a great job with our fairly large group reservation at lunch time, allowed us to add an 11th person with no trouble, and had no issues with splitting the check. All in all it was great!

Great food! Great drinks! Great customer service! The manager was on the floor helping her staff wait on customers and she laughed and joked with us through it all. Very friendly & uplifting restaurant!!!!! !!
Although I had heard repeatedly how bad the service is here, I figured I would try it anyway. The rumors are 100% true. Sat at the bar with about a half dozen other people there. The bartender took several minutes to even acknowledge me while she was sitting at a table with another group away from the bar. After finally bringing me a drink, she went back to sitting at the table. It took a good while before she got back up to check on the people at the bar. Wouldn’t bother trying here again. It is a shame because it is a really nice location and building.

The atmosphere was great. Loved how the interior was, and they also have a second floor, if you want to enjoy your food there. We stayed on the first since there weren't as many people at the time we went . The server was attentive and kind. The food was as good as always.
