⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience at Bar Louie Carmel. The vibe was relaxed, drinks were on point, and service was excellent. Shoutout to Amerelle behind the bar — she was friendly, attentive, and clearly knows what she’s doing. Drinks were made well, conversation was easy, and she made us feel welcome without hovering. Definitely one of the better Bar Louie experiences I’ve had. Will be back.

Went to BL to watch IU vs Mia football game with a big 20p party. Was expecting average service b/c BL was fully booked. Yet we had a great experience! Mostly thanks for Neka, our outstanding server! Also shout outs to kitchen staff for getting food orders promtly. We’ll be back!

The hostess was extremely rude. My elderly father is not comfortable sitting in a regular chair, and I had asked several times about a booth. She still continued to take us from table to table that didn't have a booth. She was clearly put out by my request, even though the majority of the tables were completely empty on what should have been a busy Friday night. This was my first clue that it was not going to be a great experience. Of the four of us, we ordered four entrees. Mine was cold, my dad's was overcooked, and the two other people at the table were satisfied but not excited by their food. As my dad said, my shrimp shouldn't taste like rubber bands. My cheesesteak was so cold that the cheese hadn't even melted. My uncle's salad was completely head lettuce, without a hint of green. Some of it was even rusted. We could get better lettuce from Kroger. After dinner was over, I took my father and uncles back to the hotel that they are staying at. I returned to the bar to have a cocktail with some friends and enjoy the music from the DJ. I had a completely separate experience at the bar. My bartender was friendly and warm and we had some good conversations about different types of alcohol. She recognized that I have experience in the industry, and she gave wonderful attention to me and my friends. It's so strange that the same restaurant could provide with two completely different experiences in the same night.

Service was great. Floors and bar a little sticky. Apparently, if sports is on the TV, you can yell and scream and shout as loud as you can.... Over and over....and manager doesn't care. It's one thing to root for your team, it's another to scream and yell like you're at the game in person.

Needs a Manager. Service at bar was terrible. I would have left but was hungry after a long trip , it was walking distance from hotel. I had to ask to order. Two bartenders ,not busy. Food was good but overpriced. Been ages since been to a BL. I asked for water . Bar tender said I guess
