Was alright. Out of a lot of toppings and the counter was an absolute mess. Tables and chairs riddled with leftover food too.
Whole place is run by high schoolers. Nothing against that if they take some responsibility.
I love blaze pizza and I’m afraid this one will close like the Michigan road did. I see the same signs of messy stations, lack of ingredients or incorrect orders. Did you not have Canned artichokes or were you talking to your friends too much to open a can? Thick char on my crust from not cleaning the oven. etc. People notice this stuff and just don’t come back after awhile.
I now feel I have to come in and supervise having my pizza made.
Teach your staff to be neat clean and effective at work and it sets them up for success at other jobs….or not. Your choice !
The pizza was fantastic however while they were not busy we were made to wait while the one person on the pizza line made online orders and others just stood back not doing anything.
Just facts folks. 7:45 on a Friday night in Carmel Indiana - workers denying service to any in person customers and we were told they will only make our food via online orders… someone didn’t think that through… now standing in the lobby staring at the workers placing my order online. Needs managment review for sure.
The food was absolutely delicious! Try combining the hot red sauce with the regular!
However, the service was absolutely terrible.
The only guy that seemed to care at all was the gentleman putting the pizzas in the in oven. We watched several people wait at least 30 minutes for their pizza only to find out that their pizzas were sitting there waiting on the counter. Except for a guy named Alex... because I actually received his pizza since my label was wrong.
Again, GREAT pizza...super poor service.
Excellent service and food! Jeremy did us a solid! Thank you!!!!
I love Blaze Pizza but this is a tough location. Pretty poor customer service and long wait times. Food has been great every time which is a positive! Just don’t know if it’s worth the hour long wait and dull employee interactions
A month ago I left a 5 star ⭐️ review. Last night I went for 2 Build Your Own 🍕 pizzas to go & there were 2 people working. Unfortunately my guy made me beg for every topping. He gave such minuscule portions of each that it seems like every dash of oregano or shred of mozzarella was coming directly from his paycheck. It was demeaning to be paying for a pizza but begging for each topping.
In contrast, the customer that came after me was served by the other guy who was the opposite & every topping was generous and seems like the guy was focused of giving a good experience.
I have major doubts about returning—especially if I see the stingy guy working.
Place is filthy. Bunch of bros in there that look miserable to be there. Flinging toppings everywhere. The pizza was decent, but $45 for three pizzas and three soft drinks? And asked for a tip at checkout. I’m not sure how they are even in business.
I would avoid this blazer

Dumb and slow. You’ve be warned.
I used to eat here frequently, last two times I have been here, both in the last month, the place, including restrooms, is filthy.
I haven't been to a Blaze Pizza that is worse than the experience we had here today. From the time we ordered to when we left, we were at 50 minutes. Isn't this place supposed to be fast? 3 of 5 pizzas would've been made wrong had we not caught 2 of them. Mine slipped through the cracks (see photo). Do you see sausage on that pizza? There are instructions written on the order form for a reason. You guys write them. Please read them.
The whole time we were there, the front door kept clanging open and closed because of the wind. The pizza trays got stacked up so high that they fell off the collection area. No one went to pick them up. I stacked them for them 25 minutes later.
Once our pizzas were pulled out of the ovens, they sat cooling for 10 minutes while we waiting for the boxing lady to box them up and serve them to us.
Food tasted good, but between the experience, pizza being wrong, and the wait time, it didn't deserve more than a 1.
Better management, urgency and training is what is needed here.
Every time I come here, I tell myself never again. I'm here on a Thursday. Came in at 545. It's now 640 and I still have not received my pizza. Same story every time, but my preschool kids always want to come here and trick me into it occasionally.
This place for sale? Been coming for a few years and declining, dirty and constantly out of ingredients. Could do so well in such a prime area
