Placed order online at 503 for pick up at 530
When I arrived 1 pizza was boxed and two were sitting out ready to be cut and boxed
During this time a man received the wrong pizza and handed it back to the worker after having done god knows what to it then that worker took pizza out of the box and the man had to tell him twice dude that’s my pizza pointing to another one just sitting out…. He then puts that one back in the man’s old box

Meanwhile my pizzas are getting cold and the gluten free one wasn’t even made…. They tried to give me 4 boxes and say that was my order and it wasn’t complete so I asked when would the gluten free be ready and they asked if an allergy or preferred and I said allergy so they said they had no gluten free mats available so they hadn’t even attempted to make mine and at this point I’d been waiting 20 minutes (I had frozen thawing in my car while waiting)
Then they attempted to make it and bottom line is they burnt the crap out of it…. I told the guy he clearly didn’t look like he knew what he was doing to which he responded “are you for real” he even said we had a lot of pizzas ordered and Im like dude I ordered online 30 minutes earlier than scheduled pick up time…. This isn’t a rando walk in order.

I left without my gluten free pizza and I want my money back for the entire order including the $5 tip.

I will NEVER spend another penny on Blaze and will do all I can to bad mouth the brand because this is the last straw and you can thanks VINCENT for it…

If you want to review our order history you might see we were pretty regular and larger dollar customers… not like a school or business but pretty solid.

I eat at the blaze a lot when I’m in town probably too much. Quality and choices to build your own pizza at the price point is great service is usually quick and friendly unless they are slammed during lunch on the weekday. Prepare to wait 30 minutes with all the online and go orders as well as the walk-ins.

My only complaint is that the Caprese side salad was a fraction barely enough to pick up with a fork. Which is OK I guess if you got a little bit of pizza to go with it

The guy who was running the oven today with the glasses and curly hair at lunchtime, deserves a raise!

Wow. This place has lost its mojo.
Use to be super packed and loud.
Employees look beat down. Soda machine empty on coke. No lids.
I was surprised that it was empty with just 10 customers when I walked in. Peak lunch time.
It has been 6 years since I left a 4 star and this review below.
I don’t think this place will be here much longer unless management steps up. This is a manager and owner issue. Not the product you are selling.

Ive had 3 experiences with this location and its feels like ive been scammed each time. The staff are either totally apathetic, or, more often- outright rude to you. The food is steeply overpriced for what you get, although it does taste good. If you place an online order, expect to wait another 20 minutes past the pickup time for your food. Once you get it, double check everything because 3/3 times they've forgotten something in my order, then be ready to deal with an eye rolling teenager when you ask for the things you paid for. The store itself is modern, however theres always crumbs and spills on the tables and floors, could use more frequent cleaning. Lastly, I just dont understand how this place stays open, let alone gets 4.4 stars, after my first visit, I vowed not to return, but the people around me insisted. It'll be a strict no from now on, being the third strike.

Kane and Vincent hooked me up. Pizza was delicious and the service was great. Definitely coming back when I am back in the area. Blaze always comes through with the best pizza 🍕
