Ordered two pizzas online that should’ve been ready at 2:48. Arrived at 2:48 and one pizza had not even been put in the oven. Sat and waited watched my pizza come out and be put in a box. I saw the worker (The guy working the pizza oven, at. 2:50 on Saturday, January 24) give my pizza to someone who came in after me at around 2:55. Stood up and asked again where my pizzas would be ready because I was pretty sure he had given mine away. He had. He went and asked the guy he had given the pizza too if he’d put anything on my pizza. That guy had covered my pizza in hot chili flakes, which is unacceptable to me. I had to be somewhere and the pizza was already 12 minutes late and would have to be started from scratch. I told him to cancel my order and he said he couldn’t. He insisted he wanted my phone number to “try” to see if I could get a refund. I said “so you want me to walk out of here without a refund, not knowing if I’ll get it” and he said again he would “try” to get a refund. I asked him why he couldn’t give me a refund and he said because he’s not the manager. I told him that I needed his manager‘s phone number and he refused to give it to me. I walked out with just one of my pizzas… A $17 loss.

The Subway of pizza restaurants, in which your pizza is made in front of you. Not bad if you want a small pizza to go.

Been here 2 times and both times were awful. First time I order on the app and waited 30 minutes for my order. Today 11/18/25 I picked up my pizza and there was a hair and the pizza was flooded with oil. When I mean flooded with oil I mean FLOODED.

The last 2 times we have been there, the staff has been so much more professional that I would expect at a fast food place. The food is great, and the prices are completely fair for what you get. This is definitely one of our favorites

Im sitting in the parking lot writing this. First time ever at blaze, Tish is amazing. She is warm and friendly, she made me feel welcome and not rushed, she was explaining the menu and overall my quick in and out was a great experience. I didnt even eat the food yet but it smells amazing! Top notch service from her and her professional authenticity. Restaurant was clean and relaxing, the drink station was clean.

My wife, son and daughter in law walked in the store and up to he counter to order. There was no one else in the store.

The guy pressing the pizza dough was the only employee visible. He continued to keep pressimg more dough without even acknowledging us.

After a couple minutes he looked at us and started to take our pizza orders. Finally, another guy came in from the back and helped finish making our pizzas.

The pizzas did taste good as usual. Although, the service in this store has definitely declined.
