BRU Burger Bar - Carmel

There were four people in our party and we each had something different. Everyone was thrilled with their food and our server, Isiah, was fabulous. Very personable and friendly.

Group of six for late lunch. Location was busy due to Father's Day. Service was excellent.

Friends and I went to Bru Burger for a Great burger! The staff was very good, pleasant, and helpful. The surroundings were good and table/seating was comfortable. We enjoyed an appetizer and then the great, juicy, yummy burgers. It was a very pleasant evening and we will be back again soon.

Kade was an excellent server. Very pleasant and we will ask to sit in his section next time.

Waiter was not that friendly and barely around to check on us. They messed up my husbands order but fixed it. His food was just slower coming out. Just a “blah” experience.

Hard to beat Cunningham restaurants these days. This will be a once per month stop this year.

Oh my word! Love the tantalizing burgers, the excellent service, the tomato jam, melt in your mouth goat cheese... onion rings where the onion is tender, fully cooked and soooo good! Love it so much I'm coming again tomorrow for lunch!

PERFECT low key lunch for Easter! I guess everyone else went to brunch places because it was not busy at all. Great service and delicious food.

The Mexicali was delicious. The table shared onion rings and pretzels, which were also perfect. Our server, Mel, was excellent!

Our Server was good at getting the drinks, but mixed up orders. Food was not prepared as requested. We ordered a burger rare and it came out Medium. We ordered a burger without mayo and it came with mayo. We ordered fries and got onion rings and was charged for them.

The food was good when we were here 2 months ago. However, we ordered 2 salads with chicken, and the chicken was cold, right out of the frig and was not good. We knew it was supposed to be warm having ordered that salad last time. It also made me concerned about how fresh the chicken was. Someone asked us how our food was before we paid, so I told her about the cold chicken. She said it was supposed to be warm, and she removed the added chicken from our bill. That was appreciated, but I'd much rather enjoy a delicious meal and pay full price. The burgers and fries 2 of us ordered were very good. I love that the fries are gluten free, however, they are cooked in CANOLA oil, so I did not order them for myself. There are quite a few GF items on the menu including desserts which was what drew us to this restaurant initially.

Cannot beat the patty melt and the sauce! Love the extra done sweet but salty fries too!

Kid-friendliness: We had our 4 day old baby with us. The host offered a sling for her carseat and was very kind.

This is a habit to meet friends here. The service is always fantastic. The value is over the top. I can never eat a complete bourbon burger with fries and a cold draft beer. My wife enjoys the gorgonBarrysalad adding the salmon!!! A glass of wine makes her ready to reschedule!!!
