BRU Burger Bar - Carmel

The temperature inside the restaurant was not comfortable- many had there coats on while eating. Food good! Service slow today. Not enough wait staff today.

Food took quite a while to get. Food was very tasty and our server was very nice. Just waited too long to receive our food.

Great choices for salads, burgers, appetizers. Fantastic service, no problem with entree changes.

Tool over an hour to get our food and then the burgers were burned to a crisp. Salads and fries were great

Very disappointed that the lamb burger and turkey burger options have been eliminated from the menu. I cannot eat beef, so it left me with no meat based options other than chicken. I can get that anywhere so I ended up with the Impossible burger which is a poor substitute.

Our server was attentive and did a great job at the start of our visit, but disappeared for quite a while after we were finished eating. When she did return, she smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Otherwise we enjoyed our meal and the experience.

We usually have great service, but tonight we had a different experience. Our apathetic waiter wasn't listening very well to our orders, and three of our orders were wrong. Beef on veggie orders, completely different style of burger than ordered. The orders were fixed very quickly, but we were still charged for higher priced burgers that we didn't order. Everyone has bad days, so maybe this was just a rough night for our server. One bad server out of the hundreds of times we've been there is still pretty good! We will be back!

I love Bru Burger! But the table next to us was extremely loud and ruined the vibe a little. Not enough to ask to be moved, but it would have been nice for our waiter to pick up on the noise and offer to move us.

I had very greasy burnt fries. You only had a crunch with no potatoes left in the fries. The Hamburger was just so so . Will not ever go back . The place is very dusty also. Not worth the a la cart prices.

Kind attentive server! The food was good, but not outstanding. Bourbon burger overcooked and short on bourbon. We will be back though.

Tried their burgers (impossible patty). Service was excellent. Mocktails are great too
