The Twice as Ugly burger at Bub’s Burgers & Ice Cream was simply incredible. Juicy, flavorful, and every bite was a savory delight. It’s the kind of burger that’s worth its weight in gold! From the perfectly cooked patties to the fresh toppings, it exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommend if you’re craving a hearty, delicious burger!

Took the family last Sat. On S. Main St. Came in about 3:30 pm. Only 2 other tables. Ordered a hot dog will chili and peppers and loaded potato salad. Server brought the hotdog, no chili and french fries. My daughter ordered a malt and grandson ordered the not so ugly burger By the time the meal arrived (45 minutes). The ice cream in the malt was melted, the loaded potato salad was loaded with sour cream and potatoes and nothing else. No flavor. They wanted to comp the drinks, we all ordered water. Bill came to $83.00. Never again.

The food was great but do not like the menu change. I want to be able to only order a sandwich without a side. I don’t want to pay for it and then waste it nor do I want to pay for something and not get it. The old options were better for me.

We all didn't love our burgers. The burgers were dry. I got an elk burger and regretted it, but tried the others and they were not great either. We enjoyed the location on the Monon and the post dinner malt milkshake tho :)

The best burger in Carmel, one of the best in Indianapolis/surrounding areas. They do change the buns for the big ugly however. The buns for the smaller burgers are great, the bun for the big ugly is just average.
