Chicken Salad Chick

Cannot find description of each chicken salad on app so I had to go into the store. The staff person was very friendly and helpful. I gave a 3 for service because the app is useless.

Food tastes great, however they have VERY false advertising about portion sizes for catering. They claim some of these feed 10 people, and portion sizes are literally only big enough for 5 people.

I would take a picture of my food but it’s gone. Very tasty. Very good food, great friendly service, and relaxing atmosphere for a good lunch stop. Air conditioning working great today it’s hot outside. Great spot!

This is such a nice place for a light refreshing lunch. I have been to a couple of different places and I am never disappointed. Love the atmosphere, and the staff are always pleasant.

Huge selection of different types of chicken salad and yummy sides.
My favorite is the Chicken Melt with the Classic style chicken salad on a crescent, and a fresh cup of fruit.
Always made fresh and delicious.
They also have the best egg salad sandwich!
Friendly and helpful staff.
The restaurant and tables are always clean.

It's so funny that their glasses say, "Have you ever wanted to hug a place?" Then you go there and the staff (Joy) the girl at the front desk (09-11-2024 4:30 pm) gives you terrible service, they didn't have chicken meal (again), plus this girl acts like she's doing you a favor, a terrible attitude for someone who works in customer service. Carmel has many places where we can choose to spend our money to eat, we need to have a little more respect for whoever chooses to eat with you.

Super delicious food. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, mac & cheese, broccoli salad, and iced tea. Everything tasted fresh and healthy.

Unfortunately I have to rate my experience lower because a few hours after eating it, I got food poisoning and had bad stomach runs and threw up as well.

The generous scoop of old south chicken salad was delicious. For a side the broccoli salad is excellent! Finally a frosted daisy cookie rounds out the meal. Nice touch!
