I am a frequent customer at the Carmel location. I ordered 2 of my favorites in the small containers. One of them was the lemon and basil. It was not good. So much basil and no lemon. So I called the store and spoke to the mgr. She said since I had opened it I could not exchange it. The most she could do was give me 50% off another one. She was not friendly. She was almost snobby about it. I was very disappointed in her attitude and reaction to my problem. I will not be going back there. I guess they don't mind if you don't return to their establishment. So if you ever have a complaint don't bother letting them know. They don't seem to care.

Always love coming here for lunch! Fresh food, great service and good lighting to read or just relax while you eat! I usually order the same thing but one of the employees offered me a sample of a new flavor called jalapeño holly which is my new favorite! You have to finish your meal off with a refreshing watermelon sweet tea!!

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR HOURS!! PSA You better call first if you're planning to go because they suddenly close with no notice. I understand they are suffering from staffing shortages like so many others, but there was no note on the door or anything ~ they just closed. Even when I phoned at 4:30 PM with a question they didn't mention they'd be closing early. So just a heads up check before you go. Very frustrating. And btw, they won't honor double points day if they closed early and you showed up for nothing.

Stopped to have a bite to eat 45 minutes before close. Food was good as always but they put the iced tea and drinks away 30 minutes before close. Asked the girl putting the drinks away and she said to take it up with the manager. Not very attentive to the paying customer. Great product but poorly managed and rude employee.

Just the thing I didn't realize I had been missing from my life! Everyone's idea of what chicken salad should taste like is so different. This place has tons of varieties and they are awesome! Great customer service too. Can't wait to visit again!

We ate yesterday at CSC in Whitestown and wanted to order a salad but they said that they were out of salad. How does a restaurant run out of salad?? I could have driven to a nearby grocery and picked up a head of lettuce for them . . .
This place offers a variety of chicken salads. The cookies that come with the meal are an added bonus and delicious. Love bringing my office staff here for lunch meetings.

Tasty amd quick with effective friendly staff. Main complaints are that the card readers have been iffy a few times when i went in but that isnt staff fault. I do wish there was a bit more soup diversity during the week but i also see how their system works best with a more streamlined menu.

The food tastes great and is really good quality. Lots of different chicken salad flavors that taste great. Really good sides too. Their broccoli salad side is fantastic.Just be sure to double check your order when arriving as I've had the wrong items a few times but they always make sure to correct them.
