Chipotle Mexican Grill

Several tables needed to be cleaned before filling the straw and napkin containers. They were pretty full to begin with.

I just had lunch here with my mom during the middle of a very busy rush and I was super impressed with the staff. They were a well-oiled machine even with a line almost out the door, and we got served sooner than I would have expected.

Waited in line for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of us. Finally ABOUT to be our turn and they announce they don’t have half the food available (at 2 PM). One person serving the line while other people just kind of sweep around. Left to go to a different chipotle location because this one was so bad.

This location is incredibly slow and inefficient. If you’re going to place an online order do so an hour in advance because that’s how long it’s going to take for it to be ready. There will be no one ordering and the counter and 8 employees trying to figure out what goes in which bag. This is not an employee issue but clearly a management one.

Incredibly rude staff as well. It clearly says order will be placed on the pickup counter as many orders were placed on there. When I pointed this out to the employee she treated me like an idiot and claimed “well they get stolen.” as well as talking down to me. Well then why did you put multiple other orders on the rack?

I was in there on Monday and there was a female Mgr there and she was vaping behind the counters, she was cursing at employees and customers. Her name was Brittany. She was highly rude to employees and customers alike. It was my first time at this Chipotle and I was very unhappy. I also felt unsafe. She was not using gloves while making food. She was eating chips while making food. This is unacceptable behavior. This girl does not need to be a Mgr let alone an employee. If something doesn't get done about her, I will call the Health Department as well. You do not eat behind food lines and you wear gloves. You do not vape as well. I will not be returning to this Chipotle ever again. This employee needs to be terminated at once. This is not what Chipotle is about and it's unsafe behavior.

This location has dropped off a cliff. It has a persistent smell of a water leak, frequently is out of food, and the service is slow. Head to Nora or Westfield if you're jones'ing for Chipotle. This one ain't it.

Long time Chipotle fan. However, I ordered from this location and the food was disgusting. The carnitas was burnt and dried out to the point that it gave me the impression that they scraped it off the bottom of a burnt pan. Even that description does not do it justice. I don’t see me ever going back based on this experience.

GIVE TYLER A PROMOTION. You were out of fajita vegetables and TYLER took excellent care of the customer! A perfect example of good management. Better promote Tyler before another company takes his great service skills. If you are seeing this Tyler thank you for the immaculate service brother. You are a rare breed these days!!

If I could give negative stars I would. They should never be giving a burrito tortilla and cutting it up to make a taco. No no no. This location needs help or shut down. Please do one or the other.

Taste wise, I love Chipotle. You won’t find anything under 5 stars from me typically. But I make it a point to give negative reviews when deserved and this location deserves it. I eat at Chipotle enough to know when I was skimped on the amount of meat and veggies that is normal. Oddly enough, the second bowl in our order was perfectly fine, so why did they rush so much that I didn’t get the amount of food that I should’ve? I should have paid half since I got half as much food as I should’ve. There’s two other Chipotle’s within a few miles of this one. Go there instead.

This location was absolutely one of the better stores. They followed instructions effectively and the food was outstanding. Atmosphere was great. Was greeted when I arrived. Great job.
