Chipotle Mexican Grill

What is it about this specific Chipotle where I know I have at least a 70% chance every time of some sort of issue? Whether it be a pickup order that is 15+ minutes late, a burrito that looks like it was prepared by a toddler, and/or the entree having an extremely poor rationing of ingredients.

The Carmel Drive Taco Bell turned things around, and I believe you can too.

In the meantime, I will enjoy my small but loose burrito that is half covered in rice??

I eat chipotle almost everyday seeing I’m pregnant and it’s the only thing baby will let me eat well thanksgiving eve I came in before closed to get a burrito no one greeted me and the lady lied about having vinaigrette because she didn’t want to walk to the back and pore it another associate walked to the front with a vinaigrette in her hand so yes that had some I’m very disappointed and my burrito wasn’t wrapped right I couldn’t even eat it with out the vinaigrette so I wasted my money !

Usually very fond of this location. My husband and I placed an order, yes it was after 9pm but that doesn’t mean my quantity of food should be anything less than what I ordered. Hardly any chicken in my bowl & no fajita veggies even though i ordered extra. Ordered a large bag of chips only to get 2 kid sized chips which are not equal to a large, considering I get large chips with my food all the time.

Good, usual Chipotle experience but it has gotten expensive!!!! Way too expensive for what it is. Additionally, whoever made my burrito needs to practice some more so that ingredients are properly spread throughout the burrito and not in one side only.

Staff could not give off the impression of don’t give a shit about a job and service was just plain awful. Slow and skimp on ingredients. Also was pretty much cold and a waste. Given this location too many chances to do the bare minimum

This was a disappointing experience. I never post negative comments, but this was too weird. Look at this burrito, the side of salsa is bigger than the burrito, probably the smallest burrito I have ever gotten from Chipolte/Qdoba. Pitiful. I walked in at 8:00 and they had all the chairs on the tables, no forks out, were sweeping the floors and the employee told me it was open until 10:00 but they encouraged customers to not use the dining room after 8:00 and the other guy made mine to go when I said I was eating there. Also, everyone was just clueless and rude. I stood there for several minutes and no one said anything. Not hello, not welcome to Chipotle, not be with you in a minute. The guy stirring the beans and cleaning ignored me, everyone did until I asked if they were still taking orders. They didn't know what to say! Poor management, poor customer service skills, poor burrito making skill, .... they were skimping on food to clean less, they started close 2 hours early and tried to keep me and others from using tables, rude, what the heck is going on? Look at the cameras

The young woman handling the takeout orders on 10/16/2024, between 5:45-6:45 PM, did an excellent job assembling our order. Sometimes different locations don’t meet expectations, but despite the store being incredibly busy, she remained composed, took the time to smile, handed me my food, and went right back to work. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge her effort because great service like this can be hard to find!

Holy guacamole, this Chipotle is like finding the Holy Grail of burritos! The chips? Oh, they were so gloriously oily and salty, with just a flirty hint of lime, it’s like they’ve been sent down from tortilla heaven. The beans? Flavor-packed little nuggets of joy. And the rice? Perfectly cooked, like it had a personal vendetta against every other bland grain in America.

But the fajitas… fresh and sizzling like they were airlifted straight from Mexico. I legit thought I might have been teleported to heaven. I’m seriously considering a GPS chip in my car that only directs me to this Chipotle every time I’m in Carmel. Someone hand this place an award!

Nobody wanted to help me. A manager had to tell someone to take my order. Staff needs a serious attitude adjustment, man. Like, I get it, I work in food too. But when your own coworker is begging you to grab something quick and easy like salsa and then they still have to get it themselves… crazy. Will never go back to this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the one off 146th instead.

I'm in the training center down the road. I never ate Chipotle before coming to training. I now eat here about 3 days a week. Really decent food. Friendly staff. The only con is there are hardly any clean tables, but to be fair, it does always seem to be busy. Maybe the staff don't have enough time to keep monitoring people leaving to wipe down tables. God forbid people actually clean up behind themselves (sarcasm.)

This chipotle runs out of food alot but it's because they're always so busy!!! The food always tastes great and the customer service is great!!!
