Walked in to order a chicken quesadilla and was told by a female who called her self a manager that they don’t fix them between 530-730 because they take too long to fix. I replied are you serious, I was the only customer attempting to place an order. She stated the will make a one time exception. Wow, a paying customer can get food as an exception? When I asked who the manager was she stated he wasn’t in and I asked for a card and name. She asked if I was going to be rude? I was basically refused service and I am rude. I guess had I placed my order online it would have never been made. This specific location typically sucks but it’s the closest to me. The staff rarely know how to fix an order and the guy at the register never speaks and acts like he wants to be elsewhere. I will start going to Westfield where I know they provide better service, if I I ever return to a Chipotle.

The rice was bad when I was eating my burrito I kept spitting out the rice because of how hard the rice was it made the whole burrito bad I did not finish my food because of how bad the rice was

Customer in front of me had a celiac allergy. I was super impressed by the way the staff handled it and took the appropriate precautions during the dinner rush. Well done, Chipotle!

I just had lunch here with my mom during the middle of a very busy rush and I was super impressed with the staff. They were a well-oiled machine even with a line almost out the door, and we got served sooner than I would have expected.

Waited in line for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of us. Finally ABOUT to be our turn and they announce they don’t have half the food available (at 2 PM). One person serving the line while other people just kind of sweep around. Left to go to a different chipotle location because this one was so bad.

This location is incredibly slow and inefficient. If you’re going to place an online order do so an hour in advance because that’s how long it’s going to take for it to be ready. There will be no one ordering and the counter and 8 employees trying to figure out what goes in which bag. This is not an employee issue but clearly a management one.
Incredibly rude staff as well. It clearly says order will be placed on the pickup counter as many orders were placed on there. When I pointed this out to the employee she treated me like an idiot and claimed “well they get stolen.” as well as talking down to me. Well then why did you put multiple other orders on the rack?

I was in there on Monday and there was a female Mgr there and she was vaping behind the counters, she was cursing at employees and customers. Her name was Brittany. She was highly rude to employees and customers alike. It was my first time at this Chipotle and I was very unhappy. I also felt unsafe. She was not using gloves while making food. She was eating chips while making food. This is unacceptable behavior. This girl does not need to be a Mgr let alone an employee. If something doesn't get done about her, I will call the Health Department as well. You do not eat behind food lines and you wear gloves. You do not vape as well. I will not be returning to this Chipotle ever again. This employee needs to be terminated at once. This is not what Chipotle is about and it's unsafe behavior.

This location has dropped off a cliff. It has a persistent smell of a water leak, frequently is out of food, and the service is slow. Head to Nora or Westfield if you're jones'ing for Chipotle. This one ain't it.
