The food was good, but when the employee was giving me my change, she only gave me the bills and not the coins, not a big deal, right? She could not get the drawer to open, the manager then came and tried to open it and could not. I sat down to eat, 35 minutes later when it was time to leave, they still "could not open the drawer" so I was forced to leave without my change. It's just coins, but it's the principle.

Ordered a steak burrito, it was clear they were low on steak but normally one would assume they have steak in process. After waiting over 20 minutes I see someone cutting up steak at the back counter. He leaves. the folks on the serving line won't go back and get the steak because apparently "RULES" Another person looks and sees the steak but says they cant bring it up as its not full yet. Again "RULES" If you look at the meats they have other than chicken most are empty or near empty. The peppers and onions were out as well and no more were apparently being made. We eat at chipotle often enough to say this is absolutely the worst franchise or location of the brand we have ever visited.This is not the first time we have experienced less than optimal service here but this showed exceptional incompetence. This experience has made me just not want to deal with them anymore.

So, we waltzed into this Chipotle joint about an hour before closing, and it felt like a ghost town with chairs stacked up and the napkin station in pieces – clearly, a cryptic message from the furniture! But hunger prevailed, and we ventured in. The staff was as sweet as candy, even though they were out of white rice – cue a rice-revival ceremony.And here's where the plot thickens! Chipotle, infamous for its portion-pinching reputation, decided to go wild on my burrito. I mean, the girl had to summon her inner superhero to scoop all that steak, and my burrito was practically bursting at the seams!Now, the atmosphere, well, it was more like a car-eating experience since all the tables were off-limits. But hey, with a burrito that epic, who needs fancy chairs anyway?

I would honestly have dinner with the devil before i would return to this Chipotle . I was gonna write this long review on how bad this one is , but i’ll keep it simple : eat literally anywhere else .

We drive further to this specific location because the food is better than other locations in the area and the service is usually much better.The service is quick and accurate. They always tend to have the ingredients too!
I will only do pick up orders here during lunch hours. Such a long wait & they often temporarily run out of chicked. Still, great healthy choice if done right.
Ordered online for pickup. I asked for extra beans and extra corn salsa. What they actually did was put half of every ingredient I ordered instead--literally the smallest chipotle bowl I've ever gotten. Not even half of it was full. I've ordered for pickup dozens of times before and never ran into this issue until today. Super weird and frustrating.

Food is fine. Service not great. One woman was awfully rude. Short was working the register. Nasty to doordasher and me as well. Very clean! Loved the fact they were wiping doors and windows inside and out! Would have been a 10/10 experience except for the nasty woman! They also didn't give me my chips :(

I'm no Karen but I literally had to make an account to complain. $12 isn't the end of the world but the fact they put very little meat then told me it's extra money for a small spoon full. Wish I could get a refund it's literally nothing but tortilla

Always a long wait with a short line. Other than that a pretty standard Chipotle. Today I tried to order a fajita bowl. They said fajita bowls are "online only." No reasoning, but he wouldn't walk the ten feet to the online station to put fajita veggies in the bowl unless I ordered it online. There was nobody else behind me at the time. I decided not to get anything. Wasn't that hungry anyway. My son got a burrito. Much smaller than in the past. Maybe it was a bad night for them, but eh, too many food options around here to worry about this place.
