We had such a great experience at El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant in Carmel. What a fun, inviting place. Great place to eat and in my regular rotation. I like going on weekends and sit outside weather permitting. Great chips and salsa. I like getting a small house margarita. Typically share fajitas or a quesadilla with my gf. They also have great lunch specials I like the carnitas bowl. Very good.
Forget taking your kids to Indy Scream park, take them to El Rodeo. They have such a fun atmosphere, the food is delicious, and the staff are super sweet. (The queso is also never watered down, if thats a worry for queso lovers.)
