I wanted to give a big shout out to Kirtley the manager who was so accommodating and kind to us when we ate lunch there last week. My dear friend and I had planned this lunch for OVER a month but so many things kept coming up,and so we had to keep putting it off. We go there bcuz im a vegetarian and can get the veggie burger and she loves the regular freddys burger. We were really in the mood for Freddy's this day..Well they were out of veggie burgers so we thought we would have to go somewhere else. Kirtley suggested the grilled cheese and I was fine with that and she said she would not charge me for extra cheese which was very nice. But to my friend's delight; when she came back from the register, she was so pleasantly surprised that Kirtley had comp'ed the whole meal for us! And it was free! She said felt bad that they were out of veggie burgers. This shows great customer service skills and excellent people skills on Kirtley's behalf. Our meal was delicious and we will return and we wanted Kirtley to know how thankful we were for her!!

I love Freddy’s. This location was just as good as any other, other than the dirty kitchen floor as you will see in the picture. The food always comes through every time. Prices are reasonable as well. I would go here over five guys any day. Love the french fries especially.

We got the hot dog onion rings and fries the hot dog was good the onion rings were good and even the fries aren't disgusting because it was good for me i might go to carmel some other day

Had chicken tenders, there were just ok. Would not order those again. The taste was fine the texture was very mushy. Also had the banana shake. Was just ok the S&S shake is hands down superior. Will try something else next time.

Tried Freddy’s for the first time, ordered through the app.. NO. REGRETS. Customized my burger to be a lettuce wrap with different ingredients and this didn’t last 10 minutes!! 😅

Love the food. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes it's pretty slow. But usually worth the wait. Not a fan of the fries though.
