Customer service could be a bit better. Both times I have been there stood there for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. But that’s something that can improve overall love the donuts?
I must say these donuts made me feel like I was home in Chicago! My daughter has been talking about donuts lately, so I looked on Grubhub and found this donut shop and we were pleased with the priced & size we paid for a 1/2 dozen donuts. They were a little dry but they still were tasty! I can only imagine if they were fresh, how good they would’ve been. I’ve been in Indianapolis for a few months and this was the first thing I’ve had that didn’t disappoint me. Thanks...
Service was fine. tiger tails a little drippy...suddenness engulfed my kiddo bcz there were no Bavarian cream. we recovered within other option tho do all is right with the donut world
