Had a meal delivered. I about a 2 min drive from the store. Driver forgot to bring my large soda. Mind you this is not the first time my deliveries have been wrong...from me ordering one size and being delivered the smaller...to asking for specifics like mayo or cut in half. In this incorrect delivery, sandwich was not cut and did not have the mayo. I can overlook the annoyance but I really needed the soda. Driver apologized and said he would run back to get the soda. Jimmy John's lives up to its motto of "Freaky fresh, freaky fast" with fast and friendly service. The space is amazing, but there aren't many tables. The Spicy Italian sandwich is uuhh-MAZING, and don't forget to get the pickle. The staff is friendly and fast, even checking if the amount of hot peppers is alright. Overall, a better experience than other locations, making it a new go-to spot.
