Looked online to find an authentic French baguette. Sent my husband on a 20 minute drive to buy a loaf. The lady on the phone said that their baker had learned to make the baguettes in France so they were indeed authentic. Husband returned with a $5.00 loaf and when I cut into the very small loaf, it looked like a whole grain piece of bread fom Kroger or Fresh Market. Chris made a delicious Pecan pie for my dad's 80th bday. My dad said it was the best he ever had. I thought Chris outdid himself by using the freshest/best ingredients... maple syrup from Vermont, pecans from Georgia, etc. Come to find out that is 'just the way he runs his business's. He is excellent and I can't wait to order from him again.
Chris made me a custom cake for my friend’s 50th birthday. The cake was so delicious (chocolate peanut butter), and he custom designed/decorated with her two favorite things-the Colts and The Walking Dead!
