We feel like the price is comparable to other delivery services, but they offer far superior customer service and unmatched efficiency in delivering food. Most times, I can order food and expect it at my doorstep in 15-20 minutes, and it's always wrapped and not soggy, which is super common when ordering from DoorDash or GrubHub. I also appreciate that they offer a wide range of options, including healthier options like their Chicken and Rice bowl, as well as crowd-pleasers like their mac-n-cheese and pizzas. Their tater tots are by far my favorite and are always warm and crispy, while their cookies always make me wish I ordered the pack of three rather than just a single cookie. Very happy that ClusterTruck has continued to provide top-notch service over the many years.“

“Well I don't normally do reviews because I feel like most of the people who post a review are just bitching about something minor most of the time but not all the time I reckon. Furthermore, I can see how it can be helpful as well. Honestly, by the time the DoorDash driver delivered my Giddy Up Melt, the outer crust on the bread was almost too hard to bite through. But shoot, I just ripped that part off and the rest of the sandwich was FIRE!!! Haven't tried my dessert melt yet but it looks fire 🔥 too!!!“
