Rather empty on a cold Thursday evening. We all enjoyed the food. Good vegetarian and carnivore options

The price is higher and the portions are way smaller. Started out good but has went down hill in portion size. Pita was cold.

Ordered falafel rice bowl and chicken shawarma rice bowl in uber eats takeout. The quality of the bowls are good but the quantity could’ve been better for the price they’re charging. The order was made according to the instructions. Naf Naf fries with the garlic dip was my favourite.

It seems Google isn’t allowing me to put an another review, I ordered 2 chicken shawarma bowls last night and the portions seem to be lessening each time I’m ordering them.

I had the chicken bowl, rice was really bad, chicken was chewy, like it’s been sitting there for a while, no flavour, only thing that was decent, the bits bread!!

This place is a joke. Their portions are tiny compared to other places. Their chicken is over cooked, dry and chewy - and this is during the lunch hours. When asked the employee about the portion sized - he said we are strictly instructed to keep portions small.

This is fast food, Greek food. There are three other competitors in town. This is by far the best. It’s in the middle price range of his competitors. It’s fast and efficient. And the bowls that I have made here far exceed any other competitor. The food is so flavorful and fresh. I love these falafel’s and I am used to eating falafel’s in Greek town Chicago. The hummus and spicy hummus is such a great consistency and delicious. This couscous is light and fluffy. The sauces are diverse and add great zest. The chicken Shawarma is delightful. Be sure to add the special onions and their great pickles to any dish. Most of the time I get takeout. Also, the restaurant temperature is cold. But again the food is delightful.

It’s a great option to take a “fast food Middle East”, but if you try real Middle East food before you’ll notice the difference, ok its good but not that good as you probably try to find in flavors and texture, the falafels definitely I wouldn’t recommend because it doesn’t taste like garbanzo beans.

Disappointing Experience for Family Celebration
I ordered two family-style meals for carryout on Sunday, August 17th for a special family celebration, spending $150. When picking up the order, I specifically asked the clerk if he had double-checked everything, and he confirmed that he had.
After driving 20 minutes home, we discovered there was no rice included with our order. When I called the restaurant, they said we would need to drive back to pick up the missing rice - a 40-minute round trip that significantly disrupted our family gathering.
Half of our family had to eat without rice while the others waited for us to return. This split our celebration and left everyone frustrated. The restaurant offered a package of handmade pita as compensation, but we already had plenty of pita, and it would go stale quickly anyway. A gesture like baklava would have been more thoughtful.
For a $150 order and a special family occasion, I expected better attention to detail and customer service. The clerk's assurance that everything was correct when it clearly wasn't made the situation worse. What should have been a happy celebration became a stressful experience.

Dry chicken and rice ..compared to other locations of naf naf they don’t put enough chicken in the order ..maybe this is the reason they are always slow..
