Good food. Like the concept, but a few more options like olIves or tomatoes would be nice. It's in a strip mall, but a little personality and pop would go a long way in wanting to stay and eat...Vegetarian options: Leave the meat off and fill with hummus, baba ghanoush, cakes, etc.

I actually love this location I gave them a three star because of the inconsistencies in the preparation of the food. I’ve also been served old shawarma a few times with today being one of them. The customer service is always great and the restaurant is always clean. I just wish the food was cared for me. I mean my Pita was so flat I couldn’t even open it lol. I legit just had to break it up into pieces and just mixed it in with the rest of my food. My falafels were rock hard and flat I just had to throw those away. For the food to be on the pricier side I expect it to at least be well prepared 4/5x correctly. Very disappointing but I’m still holding out hope for this location. I really enjoy this kind of food in general so I hope it turns around.

First time eating here, it was pretty good! The portion is generous and the food is fresh, love the flavors. The Spicy hummus is VERY spicy ?️?️?️Garlic sauce is amazing IMO a little pricey for the service you get, we get one pita, one bowl, and one drink for $25Tables weren't clean when we sat and nobody asked them that's why the 3 stars.

First time, was not sure how to order till I realized it was similar to Chipotle ordering.I thought this would be more Persian authentic, but more Indian. It was good, just not 100 what I had in mind.

Food is good, meats are flavorful with a variety of toppings. Service line is never friendly. 5th and possibly last visit.

I was in the mood for baba ganoush, and I satisfied my craving somewhat here at Naf Naf Grill. What I really wanted was a giant bowl of baba ganoush and a pile of hot pita, but I felt like the more "adult," responsible thing to do was to order a complete meal. Naf Naf is like a Mediterranean Chipotle, in that you can customize your pita pocket sandwich, bowl or plate any way you want it. I kind of wish they had a few prepared options, because I really don't like to think if I don't have to. But they don't, so you need to figure out if you want a pita sandwich, bowl or plate. Then you pick your protein, sauces, sides and other things. I got a bowl with half salad, half banana ganoush, with shawarma chicken. The shawarma chicken was tiny pieces and is a little dry (not unlike jerky), so I don't think I'd get it again. The rest of my bowl tasted really good, though. It comes with up to three sauces, and I didn't need to put any additional sauce in mine because it tasted perfectly seasoned. We also got a pita with steak (steak is an option that's $1.50 extra), and the pita sandwich was good too, but a little small for the price. I'd definitely come back to Naf Naf to try some of their other items, like the falafel and fries.

Just moved to Carmel for a few months and started going here, I absolutely love it!!!!! Amazing wraps and fries are great. Highly recommend, wish they would open up on west coast!

Naf Naf is amazing. As more of chain restaurant, I don’t expect a lot. I was blown away at the food Naf Naf offers. Everything has amazing flavors. Large portions at good prices. Something for everybody with a diverse selection of menu combinations. Environment is good but can be a little loud for normal conversations. The people who build your plate were nice and well educated on the food flavors. Have continued to come here over and over. The Felafel is my favorite thing here!Dietary restrictions: A lot of flexibility for gluten free and dairy free. There are options for just about anything.Parking: Parking is pretty easy and if nothing else go and park in the Meijer parking lotKid-friendliness: They have a robust kid friendly menu and the environment is conducive for kids. I think they even have high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: The space is designed well for a wheelchair and would be easy to maneuver.
