Scheduled them 9 months in Advance for our Fall Festival. They tried to cancel 2 days before the event “due to staffing issues” Friends of Fred put the pressure on them so they actually showed up 2 hours late day of the event. Stayed for 45 min and then left, leaving before lunch leaving hundreds of guests without food.
Lie after lie after lie to me and to Friends of Fred. Do not use you have been warned.
Scheduled them to work our event a couple weeks in advance Spoke with them the morning of the event to verify arrival time and set up. They never showed, never called, nothing! I called twice after they didn’t show on time and left messages trying to find out when they would be there. They have my number. I Never got a return call during or after the event! They left me with over 150 people at our event looking for food.
Had Mac cater our wedding. Couldn’t have been happier. Food was excellent and affordable. We would book him again in a heartbeat.
