TLDR; Service was slow but food was pretty good!
I came in on a Saturday, I heard they have a good pizza buffet, but apparently it's only on weekdays.
I decided to eat, I know deep dish pizzas take 45+ minutes to cook so I ordered an Italian Beef Sandwich... But it still took about 30 minutes from when I ordered it.
Food is good, the atmosphere is calm and cozy, but the service is slow.
The pizza was good, the service was horrible, we waited for 35 minutes for the breadsticks we ordered and 1 hour for a deep dish pizza. The waitress only came back to see if we needed anything once in 45 minutes, didn’t acknowledge or apologize for lateness of the food.
We live 1.5 hours away but was in Carmel for Riley appointment. We will making the trip every so often to eat there again!! It was so good!
