ordered a vanilla latte for my wife, who was in the hospital recovering from surgery. The workers were too busy laughing, yelling, telling jokes, laughing, telling more jokes....to pay attention to my order....and got it wrong. Of course, didn't know they screwed up the order until I got to the hospital. Perhaps they should tell fewer jokes and being extremely loud and focus more on the job they are paid to do.
I'm a 15yr Starbucks partner and when I work at Dicks Sporting Goods at 6am I can't go to the Clay Terrace store cause it isnt open yet. The last two times I've come to Village Park they made both my drinks wrong and they haven't had their OVEN ON!!
Warm staff and warm visitors. Enjoy seeing the same crew on Saturday mornings.
