Management on duty did not wash her hands after smoking in front of main entrance, came inside to handled food products. Yelled at me for asked her to wash her hands. Yelled to me to get out the store
I was a little hesitant ordering here bc of the reviews but my order was the best papa johns I've had in a long time
I am writing this review to commend the professionalism of the manager, Gavin. I came to pick up a pizza over the weekend and observed an unruly guest screaming at Gavin and his staff. Whatever she was upset about, he handled it calmly and respectfully despite her rudeness. He is clearly a well trained and competent manager and I watched him delegate his team effectively through a busy rush.
