Today I was very disappointed with this place. Not only did they get my order incorrect, the staff charged me twice and had an attitude about not leaving a tip, mind you it was carry out. I have been here multiple times but this will be my last, the order was wrong but also the meat didn’t taste fresh. Sucks cause this was my go to Mexican spot in Cedar Lake. I’m done.Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant and they put cheese on my tacos after I requested onions and cilantro.

Very disappointed. Food took almost an hour then when it was served it was cold and the tacos had a strange taste. They were concentrating on the take out orders and ignoring the dine in customers. The server never came back to check on us until after we got the check. Won’t be back.

This place was a rockstar when it opened up, but the last 2 times I have had dry food, grisly meat, C- food at the best. Just left there and the service this time was D- (wait staff on their phone as we waited for the check.)With the abundance of Mexican cuisine available in Cedar Lake, it will be a long time before I return here.

Dined in tonight (Wednesday) at 8:00 PM and the restaurant was still busy. Immediately upon entering, you're welcomed by very loud music. It's overwhelming for me. The complimentary chips and salsa is always appreciated! The servers were friendly. However, I will probably not order from here again. Their bathroom was dirty (dirty changing table, garbage on floor, questionable toilet...) and a fly kept hanging around our meals. This just makes me question how sanitary the restaurant really is.

My first time here today with friends and it was great. I had shrimp fajitas and tried their strawberry margaritas, both were delicious! My friends had a taco platter and a taco salad, they enjoyed their choices as well.I'll definitely be back!

First time visitor, I do love the Winfield location so I may be biased but I phoned ahead for 3 steak tacos for lunch, they were waiting for me at the counter when I got there, the staff was so sweet, tacos were bomb af, they def hit the spot, um very low price thank yew very much, solid quality, will be going back for more ?

Good stuff here! An unexpected gem that rivals some of the better California places. Big portions of all the classic taqueria fare. Burritos (wet, super, regular, all your heart could desire), tacos, plates, tortas, quesadillas, etc. Go wild. Portions are absolutely gigantic and the flavors are good. My carne asada wet burrito hit the spot, and then some.
