“Not a review person, but was blown away with service today and felt the need to reflect on it. Tom’s customer service was unbelievable. My wife and I are frequent visitors here, and have never seen Tom before but he was very polite, direct, and helpful. Saw a previous review saying he should be manager soon, and I’m not certain if he is this locations manager, but he is someone who should be a face for Penn Station. Very very respectful person. Tom, thank you for the wonderful experience, sandwiches, and fries!!”

I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to enjoy it but the baristas were so kind and thoughtful. They worked through options with me without making it a hassle at all. I legit teared up at how accommodating and supportive they were. And the drink? Absolutely amazing. Thank you for not only making a delicious treat, but for making me feel seen and cared for. “This food hit the spot! My husband and I went together for lunch. We were seated right away. The sweet tea is good. We got the fried okra and BBQ for two. Not only did it come out fast and hot, but it was the perfect lunch, and we had chicken and brisket left over. They had many BBQ sauce options at the table, which is nice. The spicy BBQ isn't spicy at all, but boy, was it flavorful! Service was quick and yo the point, and that's how I like it when going to a place such as this.”

“It was good vibe but not at all what I thought I was walking into it. Don’t go in thinking it’s a pottery studio because it is definitely not. Very misleading name but for sure recommend. I repeat, absolutely NO pottery involved. Not a pottery studio for some reason. Still confused.”
