“Excellent food. They were SLAMMED and the manager still greeted and explained there would be a delay. Helped me customise a salad I was happy with even though I’m not a big salad eater. Despite them saying there would be a wait it was done so quickly and tasted delicious. Huge volume , their bowl didn’t even fit on a standard plate, it was falling over the edges. Didn’t take a before but you can see how clean my plate is and know it was quality“

“The order taker guy was fantastic! He'll go far in life! Very professional and super nice! We ordered mainly the pretzel chicken sandwiches. 1 out of 3 didn't like theirs. It was the grilled chicken. She gave it to me. Wasn't thrilled but wasn't disgusting. Processed chicken, but what do you expect? Did have the charbroil grilled look.“

“I wish I could remember our waitresses name. She did a great job. We'll everyone we dealt with did. We went for an early valentine's dinner. The food and drinks were very good. I had the fried shrimp appetizer for my dinner. Will get again. We had a party of 5. One child. Who knew they had French fries. She had spaghetti with a side of fries. Way to go thinking of the littles.“

“UPDATE 12/16: Paul was fired and GM Jeff 1000% made it right with me. He's a great manager that understands how to treat customers. He leads by example and has a great staff here. 12/10: Paul is rude and unprofessional. I ate here often until my encounter with him today.“

“Normally I do not do reviews... But I'll make an exception for the manager you guys have. I come there quite often and I promise it's never as good unless she's there! I didn't catch her name but she the Afro-American short Manger with a bun. Her name started with a r I think. I'll b me back because of her!“

“Every time I go in there and a young man named Eric is working he is such a delight and has the best Customer service. Tonight Ashley and Christian were working with him too . This is an excellent team . Ashley was very sweet and helpful and Christian makes the best steak! My daughter and I really appreciated the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE they all three gave to us. Thank you. And p.s Eric you have the best personality and light within you!“

“Not sure why this location is so bad but I will no longer visit the Jeffersonville McAlister. Customer service is always bad and the food is not as good. They make the sandwich I get differently too. I have never ever gotten any of the pickles after I ask for them.“

“I drove thru because my daughter was sick and wanted some tomato soup. Makenna was kind and very generous! Thanks for the great service!
I got a Mediterranean veggie sandwich, which is my favorite. Unfortunately, the cucumbers were not crispy. The bread was a little soggy, too.
My daughter LOVED the tomato soup bread bowl!!! I wish they have a little more soup for the bread bowl option.
I will be coming back to this location, because it is convenient for us, but I may try dining in next time. :)“
