Just want to give a shout out to the nice blonde girl working the whole line by herself (1.18.25 around 5:30pm) Line of customers and she handled everything like a professional. While one girl just glanced at the line in fear, the guy on his phone in the kitchen area and the rest of the crew nowhere to be found. She rocked it, give her a raise. I hope she’s sees this!
Ordered a chicken salad bowls online - added the birthday guac 🙂 - seamless ordering. Got home with orders - the lettuce hadn’t been washed or cleaned with stems so thick I had to pick out and throw away. THEN I find no bday guac. Called the store & the female that answered the phone told me I had to come in and have the store scan that it wasn’t showing on her screen - wth? Service is very poor. They will not communicate when they are out of an item, let you leave the restaurant thinking your order is good. The manager at the restaurant was extremely rude and seemed to careless that we had to make an extra trip to get the missing veggies for a VEGGIE bowl. We will not be returning to this chipotle.
