“I'm not writing this to discredit anyone else's experience, because everyone's experience is their own. I can only speak for mine.
I've had nothing but great service at this location. In fact, I drive to this Dunkin even though there's another location less than two minutes from my house. The staff has always been friendly, my orders have been accurate, and the service has been consistently good. On the rare occasion that my coffee isn't exactly right, it's usually a face I've never seen at the window before, which tells me it's likely a new hire or someone still in training. Even then, mistakes happen, and I've never felt like it was due to a lack of effort or poor customer service. I know reviews tend to attract people when something goes wrong, so I felt it was only fair to leave a review when things have gone right. This location has earned my business time and time again, and that's why I continue to make the extra drive.“
