Very disappointing experience. We pulled up to the drive-thru and placed our order, and right from the start the staff seemed extremely unfriendly. After ordering, they told us to pull ahead and wait by the door, which was odd considering there was literally nobody else in the drive-thru at the time.
We ended up sitting there for about 15 minutes. During that time, three other vehicles went through the drive-thru, received their food, and left while we were still waiting....read full review

Grace under fire! The team was under staffed and working hard to keep up with a lunch rush. Food took a few minutes longer to get but the food was PERFECT and the staff was friendly even under pressure and having an irrational guest yell at them and storm out. Keep up the great work team!
My family and I had ordered from this Wendy's at 4:42 pm on 8/19/26, with the order totaling $53.97. We were in a rush and didn't check the food until we were too far to turn back. 2 of the sandwiches were incorrectly made. 1 was supposed to be a Pretzel Bacon Pub Cheese Burger with no pickle and add tomato, instead of receiving that, it was a plain Baconator.
