“Went tonight with my daughter. Our server was Gabby. I had went to the restroom & came back I’d say about 10 minutes. I sat down and we waited an hour before she came to take our order. She said “I was waiting for you to come out of the restroom”. She was sitting behind my daughter talking to an older gentleman for the hour we waited. She took our orders and after she brought us our food returned back to the booth behind my daughter. Idk if we was the only table she had today. We was seated around 3 something and our order was finally taken after 4:10pm. I’ve never had to wait that long. I could have understood if she was busy with other customers, but she sat down the whole time she wasn’t waiting on us to talk to the gentleman. It just baffled me cause we’ve never had that happen ever.“

“Got the ribeye it was excellent this is the only steak house I don't use steak sauce in the steaks tastes so good you don't need any sauce. The atmosphere is great perfect for dates or family get together. Service is excellent as well.“

“My husband and I visited for Valentine's day. I generally enjoyed the experience. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was rather pleasant. Of course the meat just kept coming, although I'm not big on eating that much beef. For my expectations and taste the steaks should have had more tenderness. It seemed to have been overcooked. The sides and salad bar were delicious. The only other downside is the 20% gratuity that was automatically charged when it was stated on the menu this was for a party of six or more, it was just two of us. I feel we should have been made aware of such a charge. I didn't notice until I got home. I do plan on returning bc my husband loved it, for my taste I'll stick to the chicken and the salad bar.“

“This is my unsolicited advice - skip the dessert. It’s not worth the extra price you pay which is not included in the price. But I would surely come back just for the salad and appetizer bar plus the lobster bisque. Picancha is my favorite cut of meat here.“

“I normally have a great time at Texas Roadhouse.But last night june seventeenth my husband and I went and it was a pretty bad experience. For 1 hour stakes, we're not done. We had to send them back and when I cut into my steak. I cut mine into 3 pieces to make sure it was done. My husband cut his into 2 pieces and when they brought them back. A big piece of my steak was not there.. Now, like I said, we normally have a great time there with no problems.My husband and I go maybe twice a week and we never have any problems , but on june seventeenth , we had this bad experience. But needless to say, we will return to Texas road.As we normally do and hopefully , we will have better experiences there. Texas roadhouse is One of our favorite restaurants“

“The service was great I have no complaints about the waitress very attentive when our drinks were empty she was right on it but there was a party happening right beside her so it's very loud The seating was beautiful I love the low keyness of the restaurant It gives very old Hollywood the food was pretty good no complaints It just took a while to get it out from the kitchen“

“I always look forward to Oliver's. I feel like I'm dining with family with Kyle and Paul, behind the bar. I come for the scallops but don't sleep on their delicious brussel sproats or maple bacon bourbon cheesecake! All pair perfectly with a glass of wine to unwind.“

“My boyfriend and I decided to start off the new year right and celebrate his birthday at the Ruth’s Chris in Louisville. Our server, Bryan was extremely personable, quirky, and attentive. This guy was seriously awesome with his recommendations as well as his attention to detail. We shared a wedge salad and spicy shrimp to start. Shrimp was amazing. We shared the porterhouse for 2 which was also delicious, especially the filet mignon. I do wish we both would’ve got the filet but we left feeling completely satisfied and not so full that we couldn’t walk out of the restaurant. There was a beautiful sunset that evening and access to a sky deck by the bar. I personally have not had quality dining service in a long time as a bartender myself so we appreciate Mr. Bryan for making our experience from Cincinnati worth while!“
