Went to the Dixie Hwy store in Louisville Wednesday March 11. Pickup time was 6:05. Almost 7 still no food. Been trying to call no one will even bother to answer. This place is a joke.
The total experience was terrible. At my daughter’s request took her there for her birthday. We was seated took for ever to get drinks . We had no utensils.salad arrived at the table still no utensils. Asked a passing by waitress for some . She could only find 1 set . Said they was all dirty . Food arrived at the table still. Still no utensils or drinks . I understand ppl get busy buy was let high and dry . Ordered 8 oz New York strip . It came to the table was all fat and gristle....read full review
