“I love hardees, I actually don't eat it often though, because in the past the Plainfield location hasn't been the best. However the past few times I went, and dealt with Sue she was AMAZING best customer service I've seen at fast food in awhile. Since covid its been rough, but Sue made me laugh, and made the order a breeze she's really a shinning star. I'll be back pretty often if the service stays at the standard Sue set.
